network-auctionsThe next auction being held by Network Auctions is being held at their new national auction room at The Glaziers Hall overlooking the River Thames in Central London on 7th March at 1pm.

The March auction is the first Network Auctions auction of 2012 and the first since moving their auction room to Central London.

Toby Limbrick of Network Auctions said: “The move to Central London has seen even greater levels of interest and enquiries and confirms our belief that the combination of local, regional and national exposure provides the best opportunity for a successful sale for clients”.

The March auction sees an excellent selection of lots on offer with a wide range of property for investors, developers and private buyers available.

Some 40 lots will be on offer and include a thatched freehold public house in Hail Weston, Cambridgeshire with a guide price of £270,000; a freehold office building of some 9314 square feet being sold with vacant possession in London Colney with a guide price of £750,000; a site for two detached houses in Beeston in Bedfordshire with a guide price of £199,000 and a variety of interesting investment opportunities with guide prices from just £6000.

Toby Limbrick of Network Auctions added: “Once again our partnership with our many local and regional estate agency partners is enabling us to provide clients with an alternative route to selling property of all types and across all price ranges.

Auctions are a superb way of selling a wide variety of property as they provide:

Transparency – all interested parties have the opportunity to bid

Certainty – Bidders exchange contracts and the transaction is secured as soon as the auctioneer’s gavel falls and the seller avoids the pitfalls of timewasters, chains and sales falling through

Speed – sellers have complete control over the transaction

March will once again have a live Twitter feed (@NetworkAuctions) giving updates and the results as they happen and the auction can also be followed on video live online at www.networkauctions.co.uk

Guy Charrison, auctioneer for Network Auctions and Chairman of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers added: “2011 saw auction numbers significantly increase on previous years and Network Auctions sold over £19 million of property. This clearly proves that auctions provide an ideal way of disposing of a wide variety of property, particularly in situations where transparency and speed of sale are important.

2012 looks set to be an even better year and our move to Central London and partnership arrangements in Scotland will see even greater exposure and opportunity for those looking to sell property across the UK.”
